Photos and Scan Analysis

When you submit a scan, your photo or photos and your quiz answers (goal, training profile, height, and weight) are sent to AI vision models (Google Gemini, routed via OpenRouter) to generate your scorecard. This happens only when you choose to submit a scan. Your photos and quiz answers are not used to train models.

Photos are processed to produce the analysis. If you are signed in, your scans and their scores can be saved to your account so they sync across your devices; scan photos you choose to upload are kept in private storage scoped to your account.

Account Data

You can use the app with an anonymous session, or create an account with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google to save and sync your progress. We process the identifiers needed for authentication (such as your email address or the identifier returned by Apple or Google) through our authentication provider, Supabase.

Usage Analytics

PhysiqueMax uses PostHog to understand how the app is used and to improve it. Usage events may be associated with your account identifier. We do not send your scan photos to the analytics provider.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. PhysiqueMax uses RevenueCat to manage subscription and entitlement status. Purchase status, product identifiers, and related transaction metadata may be processed to unlock and restore Pro features. We do not send your scan photos to the purchase providers.

Your Choices and Deletion

You control your data from inside the app. "Delete All Data" removes your local records and resets the app. "Delete Account" permanently deletes your account and the server-side data associated with it. You can also manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple ID settings.

Children

PhysiqueMax is not directed to children and is intended for users who meet the minimum age in the App Store listing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
