SwiftType ("the App") is operated by Mirai Labs, a DBA of AMIR CAPITAL LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use SwiftType.

Information We Do Not Collect

SwiftType is designed with privacy as a default. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Account data — no account or sign-in is required
Location data
Contacts, photos, or files from your device
Keystroke data or text you type during tests

Data Stored on Your Device

All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage frameworks (UserDefaults and Core Data). This includes:

Typing test results (WPM, accuracy, duration)
Your personal best scores and streak data
App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

In-App Purchases

SwiftType offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information. Purchase receipts are validated directly with Apple's servers through RevenueCat, a third-party service. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

Analytics

SwiftType does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage of the App.

Children's Privacy

SwiftType does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from any user regardless of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
